Do you offer delivery?

Yes — we offer local flower delivery across Kellyville, the Hills District, and surrounding suburbs.

Delivery pricing:

  • Free local delivery within approximately 1km of our Kellyville studio
  • $10 delivery within a 10km radius of Kellyville

To check delivery availability, simply add your arrangement to cart and enter your address during checkout.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your suburb, please feel free to contact us.

 

When can I pickup or have my order delivered?

At the bottom of the cart page, you’ll be able to select your preferred pickup or delivery timeslot from the available options.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

For pickup orders, we’ll also send a message confirming when your flowers are ready, along with pickup details for our Kellyville studio.

 

Do you offer same day pickup/delivery?

Not currently.

As a small florist studio, we carefully prepare each arrangement to order and currently require advance notice for both pickup and delivery bookings.

 

Do you offer pickup on public holidays?

No — we currently do not operate on public holidays.

 

Will my arrangement be exactly like the website product images?

We always aim to create arrangements that closely match the style, colour palette, and overall feel shown in our product photos.

However, flowers are seasonal and naturally vary throughout the year, so some blooms or colours may occasionally differ depending on freshness and market availability.

This also means that every arrangement is slightly unique — which is part of the beauty of working with fresh flowers.

 

Why do your flower arrangement prices sometimes change?

Flower pricing naturally changes throughout the year based on:

  • seasonal availability
  • weather conditions
  • grower supply
  • import availability
  • major floral periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

We work hard to keep our pricing fair while continuing to use fresh, high-quality flowers sourced from local growers and the Sydney Flower Markets.

Do you create flowers for weddings or sympathy occasions?

Yes — we are happy to create flowers for small weddings, events, sympathy arrangements, and special occasions.
